Procedure for SBLC Payment Terms:

1. Buyer Issues ICPO + CIS/KYC + CERTIFICATE OF ACTIVE COMPANY sent by the buyer.
2. Seller issues FCO against ICPO.
3. The FCO must be returned signed by the buyer together with (BCL or RWA - POF) for the SPA to be sent.
4. Both Buyer and Seller sign SPA
5. Seller sends Commercial Invoice (CI)
6. Buyer submit a draft SBLC verbiage
a. The verbiage of the SBLC DRAFT 1-shipment SBLC valid with 12 months
(product lock) POF/RWA, CIS, three documents are signed by the same company, proposed by the Buyermust receive approval from Seller’s Financial Company.
b. If the verbiage is not approved, the Buyer will make necessary modifications to gain approval from Seller’s Financial Company.
c. After the SBLC language of MT760 is approved and accepted by Seller’s Financial
Company,
7. The issuer bank shall arrange SWIFT MT799 (Pre-advice) message, the recipient bank should
reply MT799 and BPU /PGL. The seller's lawyer provides the Letter of Allocation (LOA),
including the series of PPOP document instructions in the letter.
8. After successful DD on LOA and PPOP the buyer bank issues SBLC/MT760 within Seven (7) business days after signing of the SPA.
9. The seller bank shall reply to the SBLC/ MT760 and after successful monetization of the SBLC
2% PB shall be issued within 3 business days. The SBLC Monetization will take 5-7 business days.
10.After SBLC Monetization is completed the Allocation Letter shall be issued from the Factory or Title supplier allocation within 5 working days.
11.The delivery and Loading schedule shall be established within 20 days after the
Monetization is completed. One person from the buyer team shall be accessible to SGS inspection and loading time.
12.With the final inspections and review of the documents completed, the Seller will be paid in full as per CI by the Buyer’s Bank via MT103 at the LOADING PORT.
13.Title for the Goods will be transferred to the Buyer or Buyer’s representative AT LOADING PORT.
14.Upon receiving the total payment as per CI the Seller will transfer the title of ownership of the goods to the Buyer name.
15. Both the Seller and the Buyer shall be subjected to give penalty. In case the Buyer fails to issue SBLC in 7 business days after signing the SPA shall be subjected to pay penalty 3% on the face value of the product. Same way if the seller failed to ship the goods in 30 business days then the seller shall be subjected to pay penalty of 3% face value of the product.

Note:
The Seller provides the GACC and CNPJ number of the Industry after signing the SPA and CI for confidential review by the buyer via the buyer's e-mail address mentioned in the SPA.

Um conjunto completo de Clean On-Board de 3/3 originais mais 3 cópias N/N do Ocean Bill of Lading feito “TO ORDER” Notificar as partes: “a ser avisado”, o destino mostrando “liberação por telex” marcado “Freight Pre-Paid”. O B/L deve ser assinado no original pelo Mestre do navio e “endossado pelo banco” para o destino, identificação da carga carregada com quantidade expressa em toneladas métricas e números não excedendo 0,5% do número do navio.

Fatura comercial original assinada mais três (3) cópias.

Apólice de seguro coberta por 110% do valor da fatura contra WA, RFWD, TPND, todos os riscos (Institute Cargo Clause – A), risco de guerra adicional e tornando o comprador como beneficiário. Apólice mostrando que a reivindicação é pagável no destino.

Lista de embalagem original 1 (um) original e 2 (duas) cópias mostrando peso bruto / peso líquido.

Certificado de origem 1 (um) original mais três (3) cópias emitido pelo Ministério do Comércio do Brasil.

Certificado de inspeção em 1 (um) original e 2 (duas) cópias emitido para qualidade e quantidade, incluindo peso do porto de carga, emitido por inspetor autorizado independente CCIC/SGS.

Conjunto completo do certificado de higiene e segurança sem dioxinas emitido por autoridade do Brasil 1 (um) original e 2 (duas) cópias.

1 (um) original e 2 (duas) cópias do atestado sanitário original com número do laudo laboratorial informado emitido pelo Ministério da Economia Marítima e Transporte Marítimo do Brasil.

Certificado de Propriedade 1 (um) original e 2 (duas) cópias.

Declaração de Exportação 1 (um) original e 2 (duas) cópias.

Certificado Fitossanitário (observe a Seção 7 acima, o Comprador Final exige um certificado para xi., xii., xiii., xiv., xv.).

Certificado livre de radiação.

Certificado NÃO-OGM.

Relatório de teste de Covid-19.

Certificado de Fumigação.

Etiqueta de embalagem.

Cópia do fax ou e-mail enviado ao requerente dentro de 3 dias após o embarque, informando o número do contrato, nome da mercadoria, nome do navio, data de carregamento, quantidade, peso bruto, peso líquido e valor do embarque e data de chegada e ETA no porto de descarga. Os faxes ou relatórios relacionados são necessários para aceitação.
