PROCEDURE

(Non-Negotiable):
1. Buyer Sends ICPO/LOI
2.Seller Sends FCO
3. Buyer accepts, signs and returns FCO to seller
4. Seller Issues Draft TSPA.
5. Buyer studies, amends or signs contract /TSPA if no amendments and returns to Seller for counter signing
6. Seller returns the amended contract dully signed and sealed as final contract to buyer together with PI .
7. Buyer Opens Irrevocable Non-Transferable DLC MT-700 /MT-720 for 100% invoice of each shipment
8. Seller Issues a 2% Performance Bond after varifing LC, sent to buyer’s bank .
9. The Parties to the contract enter into this cycle and shall proceed with the execution of mutually agreed schedule
to its full implementation.
10. The validity of this document is only for three (3) working days from the date of FCO.
11. DLC directly go to my Fiduciary partner Bank account.

✅PAST PERFORMANCE DOCUMENTS

In-Principally, we do not share Past Performance Documents. But
cases where we can do so, it will be shared by email to the End Buyer
only after receiving the following documents in our email as stated
below;
The Company issuing the LOI / ICPO or The End Buyer shall share the last three months Bank Statement
or current date BCL along with last six months Custom Clearance (BILL OF ENTRY) in the name of the End
Buyer.
