"Priluky plant — 'Belkozin" — is unique company in Ukraine and one of the few in the world. The company is specialized in production of artificial collagen casings for sausages, frankfurters and other food products.<br><br>Enterprise "Priluky plant — 'Belkozin" produces the following types of casings for sausage products:<br><br>OKU – casing with increased flexibility for production of cooked, cooked-smoked, semi-smoked, uncooked smoked, dry-cured sausages, smoked meat products and sausages with vegetable supplements.<br><br>LС – casing with the lowered adhesion to forcemeat, has properties of easy removal from a sausage loaf, for forming boiled, boiled-smoked, half-smoked, smoked products and for sausages with vegetable supplements.<br><br>Assortment<br><br>Types of collagen sausage casings: in rolls, in pieces, in the form of corrugated pipes.<br><br>Diameter of casing: 28,30,32,35,38,40,45,50,55,60,65,75 мм; <br><br>Color-grade of casing: caramel, pomegranate, baknat, raspberries, onions, brown, mahogany, cherry.<br><br>Can be provided the following services at the request of the customer:<br><br>preparing the casing for use;<br>sticking the grid for smoking (packs) of sausage products on the casing diameter of 55 mm;<br>Applying of flexographic printing.<br><br><br>Enterprise LLC "Priluky plant — "Belkozin» produces the following types of casing for frankfurters and small sausages: OCαG, OCaG +<br>Type of casing OC is used for forming sausages.<br><br>Type of casing ОСαG - edible, is used for produсtion of fresh sausages which are exposed to further thermal processing in house conditions or in Public Food Service Establishments.<br><br>Type of casing OCaG + — edible, is used for production of frankfurters and small sausages semi-smoked, cooked-smoked sausages with natural "bite."<br>Assortment <br><br>Collagen casings for sausages of type OC OCαG, OCαG + , the diameter is 13 - 32 mm are produced in the form of corrugated pipes, length from 19 to 21 cm or 26 to 29 cm.<br><br>The casing delivers in the hermetic package, which protects the casing from drying out.<br><br>Color-grade: <br><br>colorless, caramel, mahogany, brown, raspberry, pomegranate.<br><br>The casings can be delivered with close (CE) and open (OE) ending.<br><br>For automatic equipment is offered the corrugated pipes with a closed end, made in two ways: manual knot (PAL) and automatic knot with twisting of the casing (FAM).<br><br>According to customer requirements can be applied flexographic printing on the casing.
